[REQ] - Unlock VT-d option - HDR, ROM & EXE file links included

Both HRD and ROM files were acquired by running "-writehdrfile" and "-writeromfile" commands on the EXE file. 
Dell does not supply HDR and ROM files

BIOS:  Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS v1.10/Dell vA16
Mobo: 0M858N
System:  Dell Optiplex 760 MT

Problem:  My CPU (Intel E8400 Core 2 Duo) and Q45/43 Chipset have VT-d technology.  A16 BIOS supports it, but mobo (0M858N) will not allow VT-d option in BIOS (VT for Direct I/O).  Restricted only to only enable "Virtualization" which only enables VT-x, not VT-d.

Request:  Unlock "VT for Direct I/O" option. (See screenshots).
