You might not be able to access the bios without first logging into your laptop and restarting in advanced mode so the easier option is to do what fjfc suggested in turning off the laptop, removing the CMOS battery for a minute, replacing it and powering up the laptop. I did not mod this bios by the way..
If you could access the bios by pressing a certain key at the start-up of your computer you would only need to press: "f9" then "Enter" to load setup defaults followed by - "f10" then "Enter" to save and exit.

Its not a virus.
The file is to flash by recovery mode...
Search how to flash insyde bios in recovery mode in russian, I know no russian

Thank you so much for your help, if it works with me a donation! It will NOT kill your notebook.
Simply put the file in a regular FAT32 formatted USB pen stick.
Turn off notebook, remove battery and power cord from notebook
Attach the USB pen stick on it
Hold FN+ESC
Still holding, plug in power cord and wait 3 ~ 5 seconds
Press power button
Release all the buttons
Notebook will turn on with fan and lights only wait about 2~3 minutes and notebook
will power down itself.
Plug in the battery and turn it on.

Thank you! I did it! Do not think for arrogance, but do you know how to disable the intel video card that would work only Nvidia?

This is not safe to disable it unless you are sure the notebok is muxed

How much I tried, some games do not use Nvidia, set up all that is possible, and that's why I want to try to disable the intel card. Prompt whether to run the laptop only on Nvidia, and how to do it?
