[REQUEST] Acer Predator PHN16-72 BIOS Unlock

Hi everyone, unfortunately Acer has completely closed the bios and I can't undervolt or simply adjust the frequencies of my i9 which heats up like crazy. I turn to you, whom I have been following for years, to try to unlock the bios in question, in order to make the solution public to those who are interested.

Would greatly appreciate being able to undervolt my laptop. Acer has disabled access to prevent overclocking. Not interested in overclocking.
Just want to undervolt the 14900HX. 

Have performed undervolting on other PC's with Throttlestop in the past so I have some familiarity.
However, I know nothing about performing a 'Bios Dump' so I will need some advice as to how I go about doing that correctly.

Hi, use BACKUP_Tools20 or fpt and make bios dump

I need also access to hidden options to figure out if we can undervolt among other options i need access to that are not available in stock bios's advanced options.

Attached is output image from FPTw64, it's zipped using 7zip.

Let me know if this is not good enough and i will desolder chip from board and read it with CH341A to grab it directly from bios chip.

There are also some difficulties - BIOS guard, Intel boot guard, need to generate new RSA keys

Is that bios dump i made not SPI? It's made with FPT.
Or do i need desolder the chip and read with CH341A or Elmor EVC2S.
