Request not complete, which your actual bios, which version bios would to unlock, which kind bios is Insyde ?
Here are many modders whose can help You only if They have the right infos and files.

I have done version A09 a lot of time ago so Its here, if I remember well in Recovery Mode cannot flash, but You try and
let me know, if there will be problems You have to use a tool I will upload to get a test and You will upload your result file
Bios ver A09 Slic 2.1 + Menu Tabs Unlocked :

Rename this file as Recovery original name file VAW00X64.fd , put it into an USB Dos Frmatted Bootable (HP USB Tool)
and use Recovery Mode, You'll find on internet.
If dou You want a Bios Version inner ask to me.

I will really like it if someone could make a modded bios for the Dell Insprion 3521 so i can overclock and also i am real new to this modding bios thing so it would be great if you could give me some instructions.

I would kindly ask you if you can mod this bios for me, i would like to disable the Radeon 8730M and use only the integrated Intel HD4000.

My system: DELL 15R 5521
Bios type: Insyde H2O
Bios version: A12
Bios link: Dell 15R 5521 BIOS Version A12

Sorry but I must flash it from DOS, because I've put on my laptop OSX 10.9.2 (for this way i must disable the Radeon 8730M) so if you could teach me how to do that would really be appreciated!
