[REQUEST] Gigabyte GA-X99P-SLI BIOS with PCIe Bifurcation options.

I've been going in circles for a while trying to get a BIOS modified to allow my PCIe x16 slot to have x4x4x4x4 Bifurcation support for a Hyper M.2 card. 
The slot I need is Port 2 specifically, but if it's possible to have toggles for any/all x16, x8 x8, x4x4x4x4, options etc...that would be great too!

I've attempted several different options like AMIBCP & UEFI Editors with no luck. No clue what I'm doing here so if there is a tutorial that's step by step and EASY...I'm all for it. I've probably missed something somewhere...and that sucks. 

BIOS used: "X99PSLI.25B" from Gigabyte support website.
Gigabyte GA-X99P-SLI motherboard
PCIE_2  (4th from the top in the manual)
