[REQUEST] HP Pavilion Model 15 Insyde F.91 (sp99036) Whitlist Removal

Hello all,
i am new here and englisch is not my native language so please be kind. I need help with my laptop (hp pavilion model 15 - ab008ng): 
a few days ago i allready asked in another thread fo this but forgot some info. so here is the new and updated reuest.
i want to replace my wifi card with something else, but the whitelisting of my m.2 port does not allow me to do so.  (when replaced the card, the laptop does not boot and the screen stays black with the caps led flashing, after changing back, the laptop behaves normal)

I have seen, that there is a thread with a general method of removing the whitelisting of insyde bios, but that exceeds my abilities. 
i could not detect RSA singning, but if so i acknowledge that there are some risks and accept them.
if i forgot something please let me know what.
