Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

Hi! I'll post here in the hope of getting help. I want to unlock advanced settings my Ideapad 720-15IKB.

Here are my files that I was able to get.
BIOS version: 6PCN21WW

This whole bios thing is a new territory for me and I haven't figured it out yet, if these are not the files that are needed, then I will be glad if you help me.

i have throotle problem on this laptop.
always locking cpu speed 0.4 ghz and fans full speed working.(while pc at 30 - 40 degrees.)
i changed thermal paste and cleaned fans and all pc.

it works fine 2 days after again this throotle problem.
