test

Tested both V2 and V3 of the file that Oleh posted.
Both seem to work fine after a short test. Currently running V3.
OS X was able to boot with the stock kernel instead of needing to have it patched for CPU Power Management.

What kind of beta testing are you looking for?

Just realized that V3 doesn't have the option to set the date and time from the bios.
I don't think this will be an issue though as it seems to get updated from the OS.

Yes, so far it seems to be working well.
The time I did the MSR mod myself the system became unstable so I'm hoping that Oleh's method is much better than what mine was.
So I think I need a day or two to confirm system stability, if all goes well I don't think I could ask for more than what has already been done.

How much should I donate for this work? I'm not rich but don't want to insult you or Oleh's work on this with an unacceptable donation.

Yes, I do, as it contains some non-security items that I'm not sure that I've seen elsewhere.
