Unfortunately, it looks like the Bluetooth part of 7260 WiFi card cannot work in the half height PCIe slot. Can you please confirm it?

You should be able to use the Bluetooth functions of the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 in the T530 by following the guide for this card here. The steps are basically:

1. Cut or tape over pin 51 on the 7260 card. Pin 51 is shown in the image here.
   
2. Enable WiMAX radio in the BIOS under Security > I/O Port Access > WiMAX
   
3. Install the Intel PROSet drivers here
