Is there a possibility to add a default text in bios like in this attached picture?

Of course yes.You can write your words in a black-backcolor *.bmp file and replace the LOGO modual of your original BIOS to generate a seeming image...

I meant to write a simple text, not creating an image.
It is that I've got over a dozen computers and I'd like their serial numbers to be visible in BIOS, like in HP or Dell.

Maybe you can replace the MB ID strings of your PCs' BIOSes with their serial numbers.
You can use everest utility to check MB ID, and then open bios.bin in winhex or ultra-edit, search MB ID information in bios.bin, replace corresponding words with SN.
Pls try it at your own risk...
