Razer Blade 15 2019

I have a Razer Blade 15" 2019 Advanced Model and I'm trying to unlock the CFG Lock following this page from Reddit. I've gotten everything figured out except for actually modifying the BIOS. I've gone into RU.EFI and tried searching for CpuSetup although I find two different sections that just have "CpuSetup" in the name and I'm unable to find the spot where I'm supposed to edit the hex values
