Surface Pro 4 UEFI Unlock

Looking to be pointed in the right direction of where i could get the UEFI password unlocked on this surface PRO 4 if possible. Was very happy when i picked this up cheaply the weekend as it just seemed to need windows reinstalling. Having no luck doing so and it seems to be because of the locked bios.

BIOS region dump attached. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have a cleaned bios file now but cant flash it with FPT because of write protection on the chip.

Does anyone know any crafty ways around it? Coming out of hibernation apparently works unfortunate tho i cant boot any OS (some kind of bios BCD lock) only recovery console and windows live images.
