Toshiba U500 BIOS unlocking

Could you guys help me with unlocking the BIOS of Toshiba U500?

It seems to be an AMI Bios, here you can find a download link:

You must use 7-zip to extract the bios file from that.
It's easy.

Then you will find a file called C160.BIN.
You can open that with AMIBCP v4.5.

But I dont see anything interesting in that bios.
