UNLOCK OVERLOCKING

Hi, I would like to overlock my processor in the bios. But with AMIBCP when I open the ROM file I have : Frequency / Voltage Control => Processor Multiplier => Access use (there is Supervisor).
I tried to replace Supervisor by USER, I reflashed my bios. And the option doesn't show it in the bios even when I put USER. Maybe I need to replace the Failsafe and Optimal FF with something ?
In the FF box I have bytes, example 00, 01, 02, 03 ..... FF
