cognac trigem bios

Many years ago I wanted to change a emachine 633id bios which has a max 256mb ram problem and cpu problem. I found a bios on my HP 6740 system that fixed both so 633id now has 512mb ram and 1.4GHZ cpu.
I did not keep floppy or notes on how a HP bios worked on a emachine.
Now years later want to update HP 6740 bios with hp XE310 bios for that's the case Cognac trigem board is in.
Keep getting platform errors. If before I could do a hp bios on a emachine without platform errors then HP to HP should easy.
HELP some flash program should be able to do this?
Help any simple fix for HP splash screen on emachine?

I found 2 bios files used on many models, cog_211.exe and fresnocognac_307.exe.
Tried both of these changing the bios.rom to the bios I wanted to use and got a new fail.

No space for the specified DMI OEM string in the bios rom

It got further but sill fails.
