I have activated my Windows Ultimate edition. This BIOS (from second post in this conversation) is good, tested by me.
It seems like not every key works. I've installed SLIC BIN and SLIC certificate of MSI using SLIC Toolkit, other certificates failed. My guess is BIOS (and it is UEFI BIOS) now uses digital signing and it requires certificates of specified vendor. I'm not big specialist so I may be wrong.

Almost forgot: you have to rename file E7918IMS_SLIC.240 from archive to E7918IMS.240, because flash update tool does not see file E7918IMS_SLIC.240
