[request] asrock FM2A75 Pro4 -pcie boot

hello, i don't know if i am typing in the right place but i would like to ask for help.
my old computer  currently living at my work, basic email and internet browsing junk with a10 cpu 8 gb of patriot ddr3 1800 and 2 old sata hdds as storage
there is also an nvme pcie x4 ssd in that thing, only it can't boot from it, uefi does list it as mass storage device (in graphical device browser) but don't see it as a bootable device.
 so i was hoping someone smart here could help me fixing the bios to be able to boot from it
small note , bios can boot from non cms drives just fine and even boot windows in safe mode with all ahci glory* but only from sata and usb, not from pcie card with no symbios

bios files installed currently on the board are the same as in the asrock download page https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/FM2A75%20P...l.asp#BIOS and there is no newer update
hwinfo list bios as ami system bios version 4.6
