unlock advanced bios compaq presario A900

Hi,

I would like to have a unlocked bios on my compaq presario A900.

I've changed cpu with Intel X9000 extreme  with gm965 chipset and all is compatible.

But my cpu work in idle all the time.

Is-it possible to have unlocked advanced bios setting ?

I need to change CPU frequency multiplier and fan speed for standard operation.

Laptop : Compaq presario A900

Bios : start F.34 and upgrade to F.35 now.

System board : 30ED
