Bios Version is 2.60 - I read on other requests that this was not rewritable?

Is there a Bios available that I could just download?
Should I provide a Dump of the 2.60?
(and with what Software?)

Seems like I cannot go to Version 2.52 after all: Error-Message: Image File does not match System.

Anything else I might try to get the whitelist removed?
Any other Bios Version I should try?

Thanks for pointing this out to me.

I have already some expierience repairing dead Notebooks by replacing the Chip (using the solder-iron).

This will be a nice challenge.

Other ways like FPT do not work, it gives an error 26.
