Thank you for quick respond! Unfortunately, during flashing from DOS I got error 280 (EN25Q64 ID:0x1C3017, EN25Q32B ID:0x1C3016). Is there any workaround for this error for BIOS version 2.53 besides using SPI PGM HW?

I saw in earlier posts in this thread that there are no similar problems with BIOS 2.52. I tried to downgrade my BIOS 2.53 to official Lenovo BIOS 2.52. Downgrade was not possible because of error "BIOS file does not match this system". I made mistake a few month ago when I flashed to bios 2.53 without any good reason. Obviously mediocre bilt-in 1x1 WLAN card must stay in the machine.

Only HW SPI Programmer can do the job !

I have 2.53 bios
looks like there is a problem in patching this version?
should I downgrade to 2.52 or 2.53 is already could be patched and flashed without problem or bricking my laptop?
