Obviously Wink Did someone in the past managed to add Ivy Bridge support for any other 4MB?
Can you do this or give me a hint in the right direction?
No way to add this support. You can only mod BIOS for other motherboard with native support for Ivy Bridge.
While searching how to shrink a bios image i found, that iroshe already asked if it's possible, to shrink the bios size from HP 3500 from 8MB to 4MB.
But so far i haven't found any useful information about "shrinking". Do you think, this can be done? If yes, can you give me some hints where to start?
