So why keeps displaying "unsupported cpu" on boot? If I press f1 it boots fine, if I don't it shuts down
It isn't microcode issue.
in the manual of hp pro 3300 there are only a few supported cpus, so I think the microcode has been modified to support only cpu listed in the manual
Make BIOS dump by your hardware programmer.

I patched only two bytes:
0x3B6029: DE -> 69
0x3B9025: 76 -> EB
