I can do that. What utilities do i need on it?
Hmm.
Unpack your P11ABK BIOS installer.
Go to this folder and run with administrator's rights:
SFlash64.exe /file P11ABK.cap /bak old_one.cap
Show the result.
rollback has been disabled so I couldn't flash the same bios on. see shot:

Try that
SFlash64.exe /sa /file P11ABK.cap /bak old_one.cap

same error as before. rollback disabled
So only hardware programmer can help.
1. Take USB stick and format to FAT32
2. Create directory structure EFI\Boot
3. Download and unzip
bootx64.7z
4. Put BOOTX64.EFI to Boot directory.
5. Boot from this USB stick
6. Run command:
setup_var 0xC4
7. Make and post foto of the screen.
