currently I'm using F.26 version
and yes, it is RSA signed and cannot be open by Phoenix tool

1. flashed stock F.26 and rebooted
2. changed platform.ini file to make backup
3. flashed again stock F.26
4. found dump of current BIOS

so now have F.26 BIOS ROM which is not crypted.
