That's not BIOS issue.

Hello,

You're right DeathBringer.
On the 2nd Qosmio, all works great (P8700 & P9500).
So, what's the problem on the 1st ?
there was a wire lightly removed on cpu fan connector (i just push it and "clic").
As the gpu fan works, i listened noise like I search some time.
