HDDs: 2 caches SSD NVme (C:500Mb, D:1Tb); 2 caches SSD in RAID Volume mode (E:2.5Tb tot.); 4 hdd in RAID Volume mode (F:6Tb tot.); 1 hdd (G:6Tb)
PS: Corsair TX750m
Others: WinTV side-mb, WiFI side-mb, Blu-ray RW, floppy reader with SDs reader support

My PC does not rebooting like :
"when i choose shutdown or reboot button from Windows : it 'SW reboots', after shut down PC starts mobo lights and some little noise but only when i push reset button it truly reboots"
... could be a BIOS problem or what?
