Custom Bootscreen ZOTAC ion
#1
Hello,,

I have a Zotac ion mini itx board, and would like to request a custom bootscreen.

The latest bios can be found here

http://www.zotac.com/index.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_download&gid=343&Itemid=100032&lang=en

I would like this image as a bootscreen if that is possible.

Thank you for your time.

Hi there,

I also have a zotac ion board and want to change the bios bootscreen...
I'm a complete newby so don't know if i should but want to try i myself Smile

I've downloaden mmtool and the latest rom for my bios and extracted the original bootlogo from zotac just to see what size it has and so on...

I've noticed that the extracted file had no file extention and is about 51kb
opened the file with paint to see the extracted image...

But witch type of image should i use to import it into the bios rom file?
should i just use a normal .jpg without the extension?
and what is the maximum resolution? 800x600?

use jpg with the extension , leave it at no bigger than 800x600 and use mmtool to replace the 0E Module (its called OEM Logo)
