I was a little bit afraid when I launched the process but everything went smoothly as expected : no doubt, you are the Master!!
Just one more question : why I had to downgrade to bios 26 when for some others version 30 was enough?

Anyway I am about to send some bucks on your paypal account! Wink

Use Sleep Bug to Flash It . . .
Unpack the Bios Mod and copy the "modified" folder into C: HD root place !
Then open Command Promt with Admin Rights (CLI window C:\), put your laptop
into Sleep Mode (just close the Lid) and then Wacke-Up It (reopen the Lid),
after this execute these comands from CLI window :

cd \

cd modified

fptw -f bios.bin -bios

(or fptw64 for Windows x64)

I'm usually pretty great at Google-fu, but this issue has me pretty stumped:
I have a Lenovo Z50-70 that I am planning on turning into a hackintosh, and I'm trying to replace the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 that the computer came with with a Broadcom BCM94352Z. I would have preferred to use the DIY whitelist removal trick from elsewhere in this forum myself, but the utter unavailability of the software used in that guide (or any other guide... seriously, do you have to be a member of a secret orginization to get any of the software used here?) has me frustrated. I'm not sure if my hackintosh plans require additional changes, but at minimum I would like the whitelist and other overbearing Lenovo constraints removed so I could install the OSx-compatable card.

Should I repost my request as a new thread and keep the flowery language to a minimum? I assumed some superfluous conversation and some minor venting of my frustrations at the embargo of information would lighten the mood somewhat, but it seems that I might have shown my hand a little in doing so and revealed that I'm one of those casuals who doesn't live and breathe in assembly. Nonetheless, I wouldn't mind giving a go on my own if not for the fact that all the proprietary software would set me back more than what I saved on this laptop in the first place, coupled with the fact that I'd never touch the software ever again in the future. After failing to find other solutions, I accepted the ultimate defeat and made an account on some forum and put in my work ticket, only for them to close the service window on me. /storytime

tl;dr: it's been a week, I understand this isn't anyone's job, but I'd like to get some service around here because this is already 2 weeks longer without a computer than I was planning on.

I have the same laptop. I have downgraded the bios to v26. Here is the link to all the three results that you need.
https://www.sendspace.com/file/ftnkuf

Could you please remove the whitelist so that I can get Intel ac3160ngw WiFi card working on it?

Thanks.☺
