(Request) ECS Nettle2 new bios
#1
https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-H...ng-Options

I know there's an unlocked ABIT bios that's compatible with this motherboard, but i want for everyone a bios with these things:
1) AMD Phenom Support (we've got it)
2) The max 8gb ddr2 ram support (The ABIT BIOS limit to 4), (if possible go to 16 gb)
3) Full support of the 4 SATA port with AHCI, RAID (RAID 0,1, 0+1, spanning, 5) (The ABIT BIOS maybe limit to 2 ports)
4) A better bios overclock utility (with voltage control, the cpu clock control, the fsb clock control, ram latency controls, multiplier control, hypertransport control)
5) Is not really very important, but a SLIC can be ok (for me doesn't matter, i use linux)
I trust in the bios-mods team, they can do it.

Dear DrGravy,
as I've been involved into this project, I was pleased with every little success we made. And all the things you mentioned were there, few were stable, some were not. I was dreaming of such a BIOS too, but after all I sold my MCP61-Collection on ebay, all on stock-BIOS and I lost the focus on gaining the topscore. My MCP61AM-PM, wich made some of the success possible, was hardware-modified to be capable of the early Phenoms (not the "X"-ones). After a blowout in 4 capacitors I soldered bigger/stronger ones to my board and thus made me able to go further anyone does before. I hope, I can find all the old files, I will provide them to all the developers in here. Our knowledge has enlarged so much, I surely believe, it will be possible to get every proc below 80W TDP to run as fast as a lightning ;-) ...
I hope, you're glad to hear that something's going on in the back,
so long

Sometimes you just have to try to be sure it is not working...

I am back in here as I promised! Big Grin So tell me your needs!
