ASRock 939A785GMH bios unlock

hey guys,

i've got a fairly old asrock and would like to install windows 10 64bit on it but from what i can tell i need to activate "disable execute bit" in bios since my cpu supports it but there is no such option in bios.
Can someone please take a look and see what can be done?
I include bios dump, report and a bios screenshot.

Did you upgrade from old windows or do clean install?
What's your Windows 10 version: 1607 or 1511?

i tried clean install both with 1511 and with 1607 but i get the error: your cpu is not supported
now i run win10 (1607) but only 32bit even though microsoft supports my cpu in win 10.
After searching i found out that i need to have disable execute bit enabled in bios but there is no such option even though my cpu is capable
