Hi Dudu2002,

I have been on this forum for past couple of days and noticed the great work you guys do. I'm willing to contribute to donations also as I'm desperately in need of a bios mod as i need to use 'Exp GDC beast v8.0' (eGPU with GTX 980 graphics card) on my lenovo B490 laptop in the wifi card slot. It is currently not getting detected and not showing up in the device manager under 'Display adapters'.

Please Kindly help unlock all options/screens and also whitelist the wifi port. My rom details below. Also attached rom file.

Manufacturer: Lenovo
Model: B490 (20207)
BIOS Model: H1ET84WW(1.22)
Bios Type : Phoenix EFI

Hey, i need the exact same thing. Could U help me?

same lenovo B490, same bios. H1ET85WW (1.23) (https://support.lenovo.com/br/pt/downloads/ds032260)

And other question, there's a way to control system fan speed? Like a way via bios...set max...or etc. I replaced my i3 for an i7. Working fine but throttling. 95ºC and fan still spinning slowly as if nothing was happening.

Hello,
I was some time looking for a solution and found this case exactly with the same hardware and the same purpose of egpu. Could you make the solution available as well? I would greatly appreciate it.

Manufacturer: Lenovo

Model: B490 (20207)

BIOS Model: H1ET75WW(1.18)

FPT_BACKUP-BIOS File: https://www.sendspace.com/file/6vpndc

OS running: Windows 10

Wifi card: Broadcom BCM43142 802.11b/g/n Wireless Network Adapter

Hardware ID:
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4365&SUBSYS_061117AA&REV_01

and an explanation of how to implement the solution. Thank you.
