My lenovo g480 has broken wifi, I want to replace it with Atheros AR5B195 card but the machine does not support
Please help!!!

sorry to bother, but can you please remove wifi whitelist from this bios. its Lenovo G480 20156
i'm already have the bios backup

Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

guess im out of luck. this means the bios chip need to be desoldered? and flashed off board?

is there any option to remove the whitelist?
