Bios unlocking, dvmt and other settings not there

Hi, please help me in unlocking my bios, it's a flex 2 14 lenovo laptop, the product page is ---

The bios link is ---
https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mob...cn37ww.exe

Not sure if lenovo has same bios file for all the laptops that are on the same bios version, if anyone can confirm if I can use any other model's modded bios on my laptop if the bios version is exactly the same. In my case it is A0CN37WW.
