[REQUEST] Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 (9365) BIOS Unlock

Hello I am looking for help unlocking the advanced menus and options on a Dell XPS 13 9365. I am in belief this is a Phoenix BIOS similar to other Dell models and probably unlockable but am not sure as I have never seen a touch based BIOS Setup on a Dell machine before this one.


I would like to unlock advanced options such as power management settings (Intel DPTF and TDP related settings in particular) and anything else possible.

-Motherboard Manufacture and Model: Dell System XPS 13 9365
-Bios: Phoenix SecureCore Tiano
-Bios Revision: 2.2.0
-Bios SLIC: Dell
-Bios Link: Update .exe http://rgho.st/7fnd6ZXP5 - Dumped BIOS region http://rgho.st/8sXvVLyM6

Hello
Has there been any attempt on this yet? Id love to at minimum increase the max TDP closer to its value listed by Intel. Dell nearly cut the max TDP in half so we get a constant throttle because of it >.>
There are modifications we can make to hep with the thermal throttle ( change out the old thermal paste and use a thermal pad between the heatsink and case ). We are just stuck because of this [censored] TDP throttle. Im able to increase max TDP time inside of Intel XTU which makes the laptop fly at max tdp for 2 minutes. Its just a matter of increasing it to be more permanent.   
Id definitely buy some beer for someone if the could figure this out =)

I do know how to change the TDP settings settings semi-permanently, but they will have to be set again if the RTC clock battery is removed or the BIOS settings are reset.

Hi there. Would you mind sharing how to make the change? I'm assuming it's command line driven from Linux? ( much like some other models ). Thanks in advance!
