Request for WWAN whitelist removal/edit - HP dv2-1215ax - BIOS F.27 A - MC8781
#11
I replaced all of the following: Huawei EM770/770U/770W: 12D1_1003, 12D1_1001, 12D1_1404

The best way to flash is by following the tutorial using a bootable usb DOS disk (Tutorial in the tutorials section of our forum Smile)

Best of luck!

Ideally you shouldnt use winphlash - use phlash16.exe from the link below (it gets around the checksum issue , obviously when we mod it , the checksum changes) and follow our tutorial on here to create a bootable DOS USB disk and flash it that way!

sorry to bother you again 1234s282 Confused,
i already create usb boot disk and put the phlas16, and rename
the bios to bios.wph, and put in autoexec to run phlas16.

but when its rebooting then coming to dos... and autoexec.bat running phlash16.exe /x /s bios.WPH...
then the menu phlas16 running, and in the phase checksum
its have the same error like when i running winphlas in windows...
the error similiar,.... the error is cannot continue the checksum not zero....

please help again .........

these switches that you are using are for award bioses , for pheonix just use phlash16 nameofbios.wph

Please test this request , then if you are deemed moderator material i will train you to do the edits

If you have a checksum error do not force the flash, clearly something in the mod is not sound. I would look at this again 1234s282.

Thanks,
