#21
Have you had a look at the post i linked before? Other mate had similar problem and solved by deleting the uefi partition. Ask him.

Yeah I looked at that - what it looked like to me was that he had flashed properly, but it still wasn't whitelisting right because of the uefi partition. In my case I can't get it to flash at all - I reboot and it goes into the flash startup program, but gets an error immediately and cancels the flash.

If you can't figure out how to successfully flash your notebook i can't do much more.

The insydeflas is patched so it works for other forum mates but not for you, i guess something at your side is preventing the flashing to function properly. You should now try to get rid of it. Sorry.

Any progress? Have you deleted the hptools (uefi) partition? Many other had that problem and solved that way.

Nope, no progress. I either don't have an uefi partition, or I'm just misunderstanding something here. Either way, I can't figure this out :S I'm going to keep looking now though, since you say it's been the same for multiple people.

Why does HP have to be such [censored]? D:

We can make another try if you want. Just post an image of your Disk Management window to see partitions.
