Unlock all hidden options for insydeh20 bios

Computer: HP Envy M6 1160la
BIOS Vendor: Insyde Corp.
BIOS Version: F.27 Rev.A 3.7
BIOS Size: 6.4 mb
BIOS Date: Sep 28, 2016
Bios Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77501-7...p77669.exe

Can someone please mod the BIOS so that I can access all the hidden options, power and advanced menu?
my problem is that after turning off the laptop, the usb ports remain with power up

Latest BIOS Available from Acer:    BIOS
