thanks by the way
Well, you made your job. No white-list and VT-X enabled, but it seems that something is missing again. I used a tool to check for the VT-X and it is really enabled, but Virtualbox says:
Quote:Die VT-x/AMD-V-Hardware-Virtualisierung wurde aktiviert, ist aber nicht funktionsbereit. Ihr 64-Bit-Gast wird keine 64-Bit-CPU erkennen und daher höchstwahrscheinlich nicht booten.
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass VT-x/AMD-V ordnungsgemäß im BIOS Ihres Computers aktiviert wurde. Installieren Sie ggf. ein BIOS-Update.
Translated via Google:
Quote:The VT-x/AMD-V-Hardware-Virtualisierung was activated, but is not functional. Your 64-bit guest will not recognize 64-bit CPU and therefore most likely not boot.
Please make sure that VT-x/AMD-V was properly activated in the BIOS of your computer. If necessary, install a BIOS update.
Maybe you missed to enable something else, which is needed for the VT-x to be useable

This bios has 2 settings, VT and VT-d and both were made active as default. I can deactivate VT-d to see if it interferes if you want.

as I now read from wikipedia vt-d is ok. see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtualizat...nd_VT-d.29 , but even when looking at the bios setup "Virtualization Technology" (called in the bios setup) is still disabled is there a way to copy the bios? I would reflash to the original BIOS change the settings and send you the changed bios and you would apply the changes to the working no_wl BIOS..
So, please, check for options like "VMX" and "XD" in the VT-D and VT-X enabled Bios. Thanks!
