I tried to do a diff on the 01486.fd files, original vs. what you provide, and there is more change than I would have expected. How do you work your magic? Hex edit, or do you de-compile and recompile somehow?

Hi, I have used this modified BIOS on my TM2T-2100 and my new Intel 7260 AC module was recognized and works at full speed! Can't be more happy! Great job!
But here is a problem. I can't access Bios, I can't choose a boot device. So I can't re install Windows.

Any suggestions?

I really hate to resurrect an ancient decomposed thread but the newest collection page of modded bios files is missing this one and neither of the links still work. Does anyone still have this modded bios? Thanks!

I tried reading the how-to on modding the bios to remove whitelist but could not find a copy of the insyde bios editing tool. :/

Ill add the file in case someone else here is able to remove the wireless card whitelist since HP has removed every driver from their website for this model. THANKS HP! Edit: Seems this site is refusing to add my attached file, so I extracted the exe and put it into 7zip. Cant tell if its actually adding or not so if you are able to help, and need the file, just PM me.
