They have realy a lot of bios'es but I did not find my type 9600M GS 512MB DDR2 bios for my card.

It must be a bios meeting these requirements:

Device ID: 10DE-0648
SubVendor: 1025
SubSystem: 015E

I have tried NiBiTor 6.0.6 to edit the engergy levels but the edited file can't be flashed with nvflash
