AHCI request for ASUS X71SL

Hi,

Could ACHI be enabled for ASUS X71SL?
I am new to this forum and don't know much about bios modification.
I bought an OCZ Vertex 2 SATA II 40G recently. Althought it works well on
my ASUS X71SL, I heard that it's better to turn on the ACHI mode to achieve
the true performance. But my bios seems do not contain an option that can switch
between ACHI and IDE.
I searched on the Internet and find this forum. Now I know it's possible to modify
the bios to achieve what I need.

Can anybody help me with enabling achi for X71SL.
The latest BIOS version on the ASUS official website is:
