I'm not sure, but I think it should work with old CPU at least.
It has too old AMIBIOS7 format. Sad

I recommend to use native flash software for DOS(!):

Can you do an exe file for me to make easier the update? Because the previous bios wich i was downloaded from the gericom's site, I only have to run the exe file and it's do the job.Can you make the bios file like that?Thank you for your kind help and your infinite patience. Have a good night!

It's not exe-file, it's CD image that you attached in your first post.

What is this code what you copied: f82741 251s6gm.112? where is it to be needed? And my previous bios is 256kb ,can your modded 512kb bios cause problem beacuse is bigger?

BIOS in file you attached in your first post and from your link has 512Kb size.
Your dump by Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0 is only half of BIOS.
