Thanks for the quick help. i got a couple ignorant questions for you. in the file it has the slp and the license file separate from the bios is this already patched with these or do i need to do it myself. ive only done this once before to my optiplex and im a little nervous until i get the right info. thanks again.

Flash your BIOS A7KAS_SLIC.206 renaming it in a7kas.206
Put ASUS.XRM-MS at the root of drive C:
run from the administrator activ7_ASUS.bat
Wait three times OK
key in the Bat from the ULTIMATE
If you have another system do not forget to change the key on the corresponding edition windows

Thanks for the help i really do appreciate it but this seems like a hack than more of a permanent mod. It didnt work anyhow. when i did my optiplex 755 the slic 2.1 was added to the bios info now it permanently activates windows 7. Im starting to wonder if it just doesnt exist for this laptop.

Use SLIC Dump Toolkit to chek for SLIC in BIOS:
http://www.bios.net.cn/Files/soft/biosfi...t_V3.2.rar

Manually install a certificate
1.First, be sure to have SLIC 2.1 in your BIOS (you can use the SLIC DUMP ToolKit to check its presence).
2.Download Proper certificate
3.Put in C:\ the certificate that belong to your SLIC's brand.
4.Type cmd in Start menu.
5.Right-click on the first result (cmd.exe) and click on Run as administrator (confirm by clicking Yes if required).
6.Type (Important: Replace "NAME" with the name of your certificate)

Code:
slmgr -ilc C:\NAME.xrm-ms
7.Press ENTER and wait until a message confirms that the certificate has been correctly installed.
Note: Change C by the letter of your Windows 7's partition.

Manually install a key
1.Type cmd in Start menu.
2.Right-click on the first result (cmd.exe) and click on Run as administrator (confirm by clicking Yes if required).
3.Type (Important: Replace the XXXXX with a valid OEM SLP product key — Pick one here)

Code:
slmgr -ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
4.Press ENTER and wait until a message confirms that the key has been correctly installed.

Did you Flash it with AFlash2 from DOs like this ?

For the Asus bios that have been tough to flash and RSDT/XSDT tables not changing

create a boot able disk or usb
add the Aflash2 provided and the modified bios to that drive

type aflash2 /all
the flash program will start
select 2
after flash is finished restart

Also you could try this SSV2 Mod:
ASUS_A7K_Notebook_206AS_ASUS_SLIC_2.1.rar
http://www.sendspace.com/file/xupbou

And post a screenshot of the Advanced Tab from SLIC Dump Toolkit.
