I would like to ask you something?
Can I activale my already installed windows with the ASUS OEM licence file you attached?
Here is the thing: I installed Windows 7 from a DVD that my friend downloaded directly from microsoft site. I ran through command line "slmgr.vbs -ipk" and it reported:

Name: Windows® 7, Professional edition
Description: Windows Operating System - Windows® 7, RETAIL channel.

Do I need the Windows 7 OEM DVD to activate using the .xrm-ms you attached?

Just install that certificate and the ASUS OEM key for Win 7 Pro and you should be fine.
It will Activate and channel will be changed to OEM SLP.

What difference in other flash image version you give ? I've flashed it don't find any difference
