ASUS N53SN

Hello
can you help me to add an i7-2860QM to the list of recognized CPU for the ASUS N53SN. The latest bios is the 209 version.

This CPU was used in the ALIENWARE M14X R1 that you already moded or the HP Envy 17 3D and the Lenovo ThinkPad W520
  N53SNAS209.zip (Size: 1.03 MB / Downloads: 2) .
On the net somebody replaced an I7-2670QM for a I7-2860QM in a Inspiron N7710 without problem.
This is the same CPU swap i like to do.

The ASUS K53SV can use the I7-2860QM too.

Post a screenshot of Mainboard tab of CPU-Z.
Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with new CPU.

If i remember correctly. Black screen and nothing happening.

It was some months ago. I must change my motherboard as it imbedded USB port is non functioning. I like to upgrade whith a I7-2860QM which is the fastest CPU compatible with my laptop.
