ASUS P5K-PRO enabling UDMA-133

Hello, guys, i would like to ask - is there a way to enable UDMA-133 on my ASUS P5K-PRO mobo? Latest ASUS AMI bios - 1303.

UDMA Modes are Hard Drive and Cable Specific. The Hard Drive itself and the cable its connected to have to support UDMA-133. If the cable and the drive both support UDMA-133 then thats the speed it will run at. It will only run at the highest speed the drive and/or the cable will allow.
