all i need to change cooling policy.
the fan should work %100 after 70 C, but instead it starts at 55 C, so %75 of working time it works constantly %100 power, loud, headache

Couldn't find anything related to cooling in your bios using amibcp version 3.37.

If you have a dedicated GPU, try modding the vbios to change the speed of the GPU fan.

Otherwise the fan may be controlled by the EC. Maybe it's possible to mod the EC firmware.

Or download speedfan.

Maybe even buy a fan controller and connect your fan to that.
