Your Z1800.bin is correct full BIOS dump.

I tried to record chip 25L6406E, first half of file(2mb) from z1800 and second half from z1850(3,5mb).
But PC starts but doesnt loadin(black screen).Then i tryed to record first half from z1800 and again black screen.
Maybe i need to record full file of bios from z1850, maybe first half of bios from z1800 is dont work with second half of z1850.What are you thinking about it?Where i can full bios from z1850.
