can't you add a Voltage regulator... the OC is pretty much useless otherwive... if i set it one step up, bam BSOD on windows startup

Sorry , adding options that dont exist is almost impossible as nobody has access to the bios code

We can only unlock hidden options

its to reduces the amount of RMA's that they would have to cope with , people overclocking too much an then getting it sent back in warranty to repair!

Thats why overclocking voids warranties!
