thanks.. successfully flash and bootup XP..

managed to change the CPU voltage and done OC from 2.8GHz to 3.0GHz
unfortunately at this moment
the onbord realtek audio chip doesnt work ie there's no sound..

update..
your modified bios allow to enable realtec ac'97 "AUDIO" onboard (same as original bios) and..
even allow me to enable realtec ac'97 "MODEM" (not visible on the original bios and i'm not sure this hardware exist or not onboard)..
but my windowsXP seems like didnt detect the realtec ac'97 "AUDIO" hardware..
UNLESS I SET BACK THE CPU VOLTAGE TO DEFAULT that surely not meet the purpose of this mod..

is there anything missings on the mod-bios that might cause onboard hardware failure..?
pls help.. noobie here.. thanks in advance
